Paresh Ghelani, Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer
As a co-founder of 2020, Paresh is responsible for the
strategic direction and financial strength of the company.
He brings years of hands-on management experience from
successfully developing and operating business concerns.
With expertise in management strategy and vision, Paresh has
spent his career building organizations from the ground up.
Prior to 2020, Paresh was an investor and operations
director at a boutique consulting firm in Chicago, where he
directed all corporate engineering and operations efforts in
addition to being responsible for the definition of service
positioning and marketing. He built the organization from
the ground up, growing the company to 55 consultants within
the company’s first year. The firm was then acquired by a
publicly traded Fortune 500 company. Earlier in his career,
Paresh was a senior network analyst at Zurich Insurance,
where he was responsible for network design, product
evaluation, implementation and operation.
Paresh received his BA in Computer Science from the
University of Illinois at Chicago. |

Haresh Bhungalia, Co-Founder
As a co-founder of 2020, Haresh serves the company in two
significant areas: overall direction of business development
and strategic execution of client service and operations
management.
Prior to 2020, Haresh was an independent consultant,
implementing packaged and custom software systems for
middle-market and startup clients in the manufacturing and
technology industries. Haresh was also a delivery manager
for a mid-tier technology company where he was responsible
for business development and delivery of IT services. In
addition, Haresh has worked for Arthur Andersen in its
Midwest Region Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) practice,
assisting middle-market clients implement and operate
financial systems.
Haresh received his BA in Economics from the University
of Michigan. |

Mike Raymond, Chief Strategy Officer
As 2020’s CSO, Mike draws upon considerable client sales
management experience in the Government civilian agency
marketplace to lead the strategic direction of new business
development and our corporate market offering.
Mike spent 28 years at Computer Sciences Corporation
(CSC) where, as vice president of federal healthcare, he was
responsible for building a business portfolio of $100
million with more than 900 CSC direct reports. He has
focused his career primarily on servicing the Federal
Government to meet its business and technology objectives.

Robert McCord, Chief Operating Officer
As 2020’s COO, Robert brings a unique blend of experience in general
management, corporate operations, business development and finance to lead the
direction of our service delivery, business development and administrative
functions.
Robert brings over 22 years of business development and
detailed operations knowledge leading organizations in
servicing the Federal Government. Prior to 2020, Bob worked
at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) as
Senior Vice President\Business Unit General Manager where he
was responsible for SAIC’s $350M Health portfolio with 1900
professionals.
Robert received his B.S., Mining Engineering, and an MBA from
Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Lori Davis, Senior Vice President, Health Services
As Senior Vice President of Health Services, Lori is
responsible for business development and expanding 2020's
growing healthcare IT domain. Lori brings 23 years of
government healthcare experience in IT and policy
operations.
Prior to joining 2020, Lori was the Chief Information
Officer at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) where she
was responsible for a $450M+ IT investment portfolio with
1500 Federal and contractor staff. Prior to FDA, Lori
had a long tenure at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid
Services (CMS) in health policy operations.
Lori has a BS from the University of South Carolina and a
Masters in Public Administration from Louisiana State
University.

Philip Crowe, Vice President, Business Development
In his role as Vice President of Business Development, Philip
is responsible for sales activities, marketing and capture
management. In addition, he monitors the strategic alignment
of 2020’s service offerings.
Philip began his career in sales and marketing 14 years
ago with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, advancing rapidly to
territorial sales manager. He then pursued a career within
the financial services industry as an investment advisor.
During this time, Philip built and managed a
multimillion-dollar practice within a privately held
brokerage firm, where he advanced to partner level. His
responsibilities included leading the sales, compliance, and
finance areas of the organization.
Philip received a BA in Political Science from Valparaiso
University. |

Milan Patel, Vice President, Finance and
Administration
As Vice President of Finance and Administration, Milan is
responsible for corporate governance and financial
compliance. He oversees 2020 administrative functions, which
include human resources, recruiting, contracts
administration, proposal development and infrastructure.
Milan brings more than 19 years of diverse experience in
technology and manufacturing organizations to 2020, ranging
from small businesses to Fortune 50 companies including GM,
Ford, Chrysler and Intel. As a senior finance manager at
Intel, Milan was responsible for directing a budget of $2
billion in construction, indirect materials and electronic
commodities.
Milan received both an MBA and a BS in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Detroit, and received an
MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of
Michigan. |

Brian Cannavan, Vice President, Consulting Services
As Vice President of Consulting Services, Brian oversees the
delivery, operation and maintenance of 2020’s client
solutions. Brian is also responsible for areas of program
and engagement management, ensuring delivery of quality
services that meet our client’s mission.
Brian brings more than 10 of years experience crafting IT
solutions for large Government and commercial clients such
as the U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of
Education, Hallmark, Xerox and Sprint PCS. Prior to joining
2020, Brian worked at Accenture where he managed client
relations, project sales, and led the development and
integration of custom Web solutions. He continues to
leverage his strong technical expertise and business
experience to architect innovative solutions for 2020's
current clients.
Brian received a BS in Computer Science from the
University of Notre Dame. |

Lisa Slaughter, Vice President, Consulting Services
As Vice President of Consulting Services, Lisa is responsible
for agency-specific program management activities within
2020’s growing healthcare IT domain.
Prior to joining 2020, Lisa was in charge of seeking and
capturing new business within CSC’s Federal sector as
director of new business for that company’s global health
services division. She is a certified Project Management
Professional, and has also served tenures with the Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) as well as with the Centers for
Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

Luana Lewis, Vice President, Consulting
Services
As Vice President of Consulting Services, Luana focuses on
program management and client service
delivery across a diverse 2020 client base. Luana
brings over 20 years of experience across multiple Federal
Agencies including Department of Education, US Postal Service,
Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Commerce
and Department of Energy.
Prior to joining 2020, Luana was a Partner at
Accenture where she focused on organizational transformations,
large-scale system development, process reengineering, application
outsourcing and program management.
Luana received a BS in Math and Economics from
Vanderbilt University.
