Paresh Ghelani, President |

| |
Prior to co-founding 2020, Paresh was an angel investor and operations director for Rao Consulting in Chicago, Illinois where he directed all corporate engineering and operations efforts. He was responsible for the definition of service positioning and marketing. Paresh built the organization from the ground up to over 55 consultants in less than one year, after which it was acquired by a publicly traded company.
Paresh has also been a senior network analyst at Zurich Insurance where he was responsible for network design, product evaluation, implementation and operation. He attended the University of Illinois at Chicago for his undergraduate degree in Computer Science. |

Haresh Bhungalia, Executive Vice-President, Consulting Services |

Prior to co-founding The 2020 Company, Haresh was an independent consultant implementing packaged and custom software systems for mid-size and startup clients. Haresh was also a Delivery Manager for SCB Computer Technology, an IT staffing company, where he was responsible for business development and delivery of IT services to corporate clients.
Previously, Haresh worked for Arthur Andersen in their Midwest Region Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) practice, assisting middle market clients in implementing financial systems.
Haresh received his Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. |

Mike Raymond ,Senior Vice President |

Prior to joining 2020 Mike spent 28 impressive years with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) where, as Vice-President, Federal Healthcare, he was responsible for building a $100 million portfolio of business with more than 900 CSC employees reporting to him. Mike has focused his career on primarily servicing the Federal Government in meeting their business and technology objectives. Mike will contribute to the continued definition and management of business development, delivery, and operations functions for 2020. |

Phil began his career in sales and marketing 14 year ago, with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, advancing from Account Manager to the Territorial Sales Manager in less than a year. He left the US Chamber of Commerce to pursue a career within the financial services industry as an investment advisor. Phil built and managed a multimillion dollar practice where he worked his way up to become a Partner within a privately held brokerage firm. Phil was responsible for sales, compliance, and financial management of the organization.
Phil received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Valparaiso University. |

Brian brings over 10 of years experience crafting information technology solutions for large government and commercial clients. Prior to joining 2020, Brian worked at Accenture where he managed client relations, project sales, and led the development and integration of custom web solutions. He continues to leverage his strong technical expertise and business experience to architect innovative solutions for 2020's current clients.
Brian received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame. |

Milan brings 18 years of diverse experience in technology and manufacturing organizations ranging from Fortune 500 to small businesses. In his most recent role at Intel Corporation, as a Senior Finance Manager, Milan was responsible for overseeing $2 billion in construction, indirect materials, and electronic commodities. Milan will apply his vast experience in helping 2020 further optimize current operational functions while focusing on long-term strategic goals.. |
