Certifications

2020 Company, LLC is classified as a small business certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as an 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB). 2020 is also certified as a City of Chicago Disadvantaged Business Enterprise/Minority Business Enterprise. 2020 holds this status with the State of Illinois and the State of New Jersey. 2020 has also been given certification by the Chicago Transit Authority as an official CTA DBE. By utilizing our firm, you not only get the best service but you also help meet federal mandates for SBA, 8(a) - SDB, and minority firm quotas.

The 8(a) certification by SBA is an important element of the company's growth strategy as this certification allows 2020 to compete for contracts that have been set aside for only companies within this small business program. Also, federal agencies are authorized to award contracts to an 8(a) company on a sole-source basis up to a certain contract amount and with SBA's approval. The MBE certification by 2020 is a core element of the company's growth strategy as 2020 is a preeminent organization in the State of Illinois dedicated to increasing procurement opportunities for minority business enterprises (MBEs).

In addition, 2020 is also a certified CMMI transition partner of Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute.

Contract Vehicles

2020 has multiple government contract vehicles by which your organization can procure our services. In addition to holding a General Services Administration Information Technology 70 Schedule, 2020 also holds a variety of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts. Specifically, 2020 has a BPA and ID/IQ with the Veteran's Administration that can be used by any government organization to procure our services directly. In addition, 2020 also has a BPA with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is currently in the process of attaining additional BPA and ID/IQ contract vehicles to make procurement simple, easy and quick for our services.

Extensive Reach

2020 has three locations throughout the U.S. and can provide off-shore development teams or centers in India. Thus, our delivery capabilities are extensive and include multiple options and infrastructure for our clients' success. This flexibility also complements our location-neutral approach for our services.

Quality Commitments - CMMI

We leverage our CMMI talent and expertise not only to our clients but to ourselves. We use the CMMI methods of quality assurance and control for our projects, internal processes and procedures - we have mature quality programs that are integrated throughout the entire organization.
